  I don't think many countries, including Ghana, have laws specifically guiding content on the mew media. Often, what happens is charges being made under laws that were passed in the past for something else.

  It's a new world and new thinking is required. Maybe in 20 years time, some of the images you are against now may become mainstream and not illegal.

  Some dubious characters want to gain popularity through the post of humiliating videos.
  
  But think about: Nobody is really anonymous in web; with correct law day will come, they can catch this stupid misanthropes.
