  I can easily see the sub-editors and copy editors hurriedly making changes to make these "normal titles" before they "go to press"...

  What is wrong with Mr Badu's article? Just go through your few sentences above and see whether they are grammatically in order?
  
  Of course Mr Badu's article is abit long, but is it fluent or not? Did the author raise salient points or not? Are there any extraneous sentences?
  
  If I were you, I will base my criticism on the above lines.
  
  We have been reading tyhis author for a while now, let us have a break and read yours so that we can also critique your thought process.
