Rural development started under Progress Party because it is the only policy if fully implemented, will reduce urban migration. That policy keeps people in the "localities" and by that you know what I mean.
Mahama is the president who came into office with a lot cash at his disposal than any president in our history but being stupid, he misused it and run to the IMF. What a dumb leader he is. All the infrastructure projects he made were bloated and if actual audit is conducted, he will be arrested and sentenced to death by firing squad.
How can a president who did better lost an election with over a million vote? Think and come again. Stop whitewashing a dirty because it is dirty.
