  Today, the promiscuity of Ghanaian women does not depend on the tribe to which they belong. There are promiscuous in every tribe in Ghana. Ashanti, Fanti, Ga and Ewe women are all promiscuous to the same extent.
  
  Promiscuity is an individual characteristic, not a tribal or national one.
  
  I think Sarkodie was wrong to try to perpetuate this old tale. But blame his advisers. Someone should have told him that courting controversy can be good for record sales but this one is a bit unfair and in bad taste.
  
  But there is no need for him to give out any compensatory song to rectify the wrong. It doesn't work like that. The compensatory song won't be as popular as the offending song.
  
  Sarkodie should just learn his lessons for the future.

How can we live in country which doesn't teach her history and heritage to her children, now Ghana education service no more have history lessons for basic to secondary education and so those born within middle of 1980's downwards don't no how to conduct themselves properly in historical tales which has no concrete basic facts, they only speak orally on it the way they also heard it from ordinary people.Ghana education services need to bring back history knowledge to our school system?

  A few weeks ago I went to listen to an 86 year old Ghanaian who left Ghana in 1957 to study in the UK and never returned home (just visits). His story was interesting as he told us first hand about his experiences during the independence struggle.
  
  There were some young Ghanaians in the audience who had arrived here from Ghana not long ago. This means they went at least BECE in Ghana. They were asking some basic questions about our independence which surprised me. I was surprised that they didn't know such basic things. These were things I knew when I was in primary school. All of us knew those things in those days ...
  
  I was wondering if they still teach them the basics of our history and our culture.
