  Unfortunately, the likes of Tsatsu, Kwesi B, Ahwoi and Chambas, no doubt heavy-weight intellectuals, are past their sell-by date. The reason NPP won is not just because of Nana Addo but because there was a perception that he had around him young professionals and intellectuals who have distingusihed credentials and track record.
  
  In contrast, all the young names mentioned in this article have no track record beyond infantile student politics. Even as students, they were not known for their intellectual abilities. Indeed, Haruna Iddrisu's master's degree was revoked for plagiarism, a clear indication he doesn't have intellectual creativity. And since coming out of law school, he as not distinguished himself in practice. In fact, anytime he has to talk about the law, his knowledge of the law seems suspect!
  
  If these young demagogues are the intellectuals the NDC boast of, then the party is in trouble! The funny thing is that these demagogues actually repel young intellectuals and professionals with their useless proppaganda.
