thank you Nii. with Msc degree and a head of department in a government institution, I resign to start my business and the whole town, the chief and my sibling fault me to descend my decision, I refuse and about 10 years I earn more than 15 times what my mates still earn. we just a mental change and we will get there as a country. we have everything but leadership.
