This means he erred by not seeking parliamentary approval. Whether money changed hands or not you and i were not there. But Mahama erred by accepting the GITMO 2 period.

  I don't know whether it is because of the poor reasoning which underlined the Woyome judgement which influenced their judgement, which is a shame.
  
  The only international instruments directly applying to refugees are the 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and the 1967 Protocol.Both the Convention and the Protocol have all being signed and ratified by our parliament making and so it is part of our laws so there is no need for their decision,it is superfluous.
  
  I think this is another botch by the sc and it is becoming too many for comfort.They are placing square pegs in round hole.
