What is the sense in your write up? Are you an apologist for the unconstitutional action of Ex President Mahama or a campaigner for these 2 undesirables labelled the Gitmo 2. Why didn't the Americans keep them in the US if they are that much of an innocent or useful asset as you seem to claim? Constitutional challenges are necessary as we journey on with the rule of Law and rushing into judgement over such test cases is not wise under any circumstances!

The Supreme Court only ruled that former President Mahama was wrong to bring these people into the country without Parliamentary ratification.
The victory is that: he Mahama acted unconstitutionally.

The victory is that: he Mahama acted unconstitutionally.
Yen ntie obiaa President should have been impeached for breaching the constitution.
Now he was handed down with overwhelming majority popular impeachment on 9th. December, 2016.
Now the verdict is, do the right thing or send them back, SIMPLE!
So we should have waited for them to have hurt Ghana before we realized that they were dangerous?
OH GHANA WHERE WE MANAGE DISASTER (NADMO) BUT NOT PREVENTION OF DISASTER (NADPO). A miserable country! With narrow minded people.
