  Normally, patients are referred to the urologists by the primary physician.
  
  The question we have is this: Where (in what cities/towns) are they are, the best and the worse?
  
  Our simple GOOGLE search, .... urologist in Ghana...., gave us a list at (www.medpages.co.za/sf/index.php?page=listing&servicecode=153&countryid=16®ioncode=&subregioncode=), all in 5 pages.
  
  But the list did not include Dr. Raphael Nyarkotey Obu. Maybe the good doctor will follow up with additional information, with information about clinics in Ghana, areas that have and areas that do not have.
  
  In addition to taking care of local people, Medical Tourism is real foreign exchange earner for many countries today!
