Ghanaians have very short memory, either it is because of partisan politics or it is because of their predisposed corrupt nature. The chief architect of the gruesome murders is still walking lavishly in the corridors of power and still being hailed as a hero in society.
Ghana's culture of servitude has unduly created monsters, strongmen and charlatans in society to the extent that men in society virtually lose their balls when dealing with these charlatans and megalomaniacs.
The Ghanaian public know quite well that JJ Rawlings, Nana Konadu Agyeman, and Kojo Tsikata were fingered in the murder of the judges and the retired army officer. There was also incontrovertible evidence that those who committed the gruesome murders resided in the boys quarters of JJ Rawlings and Konadu Agyeman and the car keys used for the abduction sat on the dining table of the Rawlings'. According to the murderers, they knew they were carrying out operations on behalf the governing PNDC of which JJ Rawlings was the chairperson.
So why are JJ Rawlings, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata walking free. These accessories to murder are still alive and free to go and come as they wish with impunity. My infinitesimal understanding of the law is that there is no statutory limitations to murder and if truly Ghana is law abiding and not a banana republic, then JJ Rawlings, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata ought to face the full rigour of the law for the gruesome murder of the the three judges and the retired army office. Nothing less will be acceptable.

The owners, staff and editorial board at the daily guide Africa must find a way to retain grown-ups with foresight and wisdom to manage the NPP mouth piece tabloid because it is stuck in the 60's when the only thing that mattered in the world of most Ghanaians was CPP propaganda or propaganda from the bomb throwing saboteurs of the Danquah-Busia matemeho-dumbo party. The world we live in is far more complex with three competing foreign ideologies trying to dominate the world; there's no time for the elementary level tribal foolishness that the daily guide Africa sells even if there are a few brain dead dimwits left that pushes NPP ideology that resulted in the death of capt. Manama in Denkyira Obuasi.
The death of the judges should never be forgotten in Ghana and so goes for the death of innocent Ghanaians across this land at the hands of the hateful few driven by NPP and NDC dirty politics. If Ghana's nickel and dime journalists at the propaganda houses we call media houses have had the courage, principles moral fortitude and the fear of the Christian God or Muslim Allah to hold policy makers to account we would not be facing issues that has been with us since the 60's. Would Capt. Mahama's death have taken place if Ghanaians had learned anything from the deaths of political victims in our past including the justices? So any attempt by the daily guide Africa morons to bring up the issues of the late justices at this time to draw NPP moral equivalence is not only a disgrace but an exercise in gutter level yellow journalism at its worst.
The respect for the law which is at the root of civilised industrialized nations seems to be nonexistent with this Nana Akufo-Addo administration that has led to the displacement of legitimate civil servants with replacement from unqualified street level thugs of the NPP kind, followed by loan refinancing scheme shrouded in secrecy and Chinese loan arrangements that only low IQ Ghanaians can accept. If Dr. Bawumia has any amount of decency he would tell the truth to ignorant filled Ghanaians who do not know that no nation will loan Ghana a loaf of bread if we did not have the ability to pay, did not have tangible collateral or if our credit worthiness was in the gutter as the NPP claimed was the case during the campaign season. So why is Ghana taking on loans up to our eyeballs as the NPP continue to ignore the laws of the land while the ignorant folks at the daily guide Africa write stories about our failed past? A failure by people (media houses) with the power to influence a bunch of no good Ghanaians to act evil is a danger to Ghana; the ignorant staff at the daily guide Africa should spend a little time to find out why the NPP replaced civil servants especially the outrageous replacement of highly qualified and moral staff at the YEA only to be replaced by people the likes of the current director of the YEA monitoring and evaluation directorate who has a bachelor's degree while assistant directors in the same directorate have masters level certification and requisite work experience to boot?
We cannot move forward in Ghana with media houses that are bought and sold like new kind if slaves on the political market; do your jobs well and you can sleep better at night even if not rich via dirty politics.
