  IMF and the World Bank are our enemies. Why? Going to these world monetary bodies means one thing, to wreck havoc on third world nation's economies. Yes, that is my opinion. Cast your mind back when Acheampong was the leader. There are government and private jobs till we started crawling to these useless institutions for "directions" and all they could tell us is to collapse most jobs. My question to our leaders is why can't they just reason and tell these world bodies that people need jobs.
  
  Our leaders are just useless including all the educated elites. They have Phds and whatever but they are shallow-minded fools who cannot think. When JJ was our leader, he was responsible for collapsing most jobs without replacing them and reducing the years one has to go to school. Let any sensible do the math and see if policy like that makes sense. Collapsing most jobs and at the same time reducing years one should go to school. From school, one should just be idle because there no jobs.
  
  Our leaders are plain useless.

  Tackling macroeconomics from the top is the problem. Macroeconomic measures should be decentralized, with district cooperatives making decisions that have impacts on their districts.
  
  Using renewable energy sources, these district cooperatives would be able to generate enough power businesses to create enough jobs for their unemployed youths.
  
  The fact is the central government wants to be seen as being in control of both microeconomic & macroeconomic decisions.
