Does he read world newspapers at all?
Has he heard of the Halliburton deal in Nigeria, involving former Vice-President Dick Cheney? Does he know about the history of America's acquisition of petroleum production rights in Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries? Has he heard about British Aerospace and how it does business? Etc. etc.?
A little learning is a dangerous thing! White businessmen taught Africans how to be corrupt by
plying African politicians with "commissions", "introduction fees" and other under-the-table payments and it has now become a regular thing for business deals to e corruptly executed. Skin colour does not come into it.
Whoever is appointed to be Special Prosecutor must be monitored efficiently --that's all. Black or white, his assets must be declared. His expenditure must be watched.
Black racists like this Sasu fellow must be told off. How does he think Dr J B Danquah would have reacted to an article that would have been severely criticised -- even in 1937?

Your article lends support to my claim that no Ghanaian leader born and bred in Ghana without extensive foreign exposure is fit to provide a meaningful leadership to transform the country; he is too limited in cognitive perspective and tainted by the sordid Ghanaian culture.

Akufo-Addo has been making vaunted claims of making Ghana a prosperous nation. Does he have the mental acuity or the conviction of Lee Kwan Yew (LKY) to transform the country. LKY lived and worked in UK for many years before going back home to transform his country. In this case, LKY had a reference point; the British entrepot economy was his reference point. Has Akufo-Addo told Ghanaians how he is going to transform the country, bearing in mind most Africans know how to talk but not how to walk the talk? All great men who made a meaningful contribution in transforming their countries lived extensively in abroad before going home to change the trajectory of their homeland. Change has always come not from within, but from without. Mahatma Gandhi lived in South Africa for many years before going back home to India to provide the Indians the impetus to gain independence.
Our own Kwame Nkrumah lived in abroad for many years before returning home to gain independence for the country. And even though his CPP comprised of 'veranda boys' he achieved more than any present or past governments because he had a point of reference.
JJ Rawlings staged a coup and shot people at the stake for corruption, and after 19 years in office and being corrupt himself he left the country worst off than the country he took over from Dr. Limann, all because he lacked conviction of purpose and besides he had no reference point as a local breed without extensive foreign exposure.
I repeat, change always comes from without not from within, especially in Ghana where the 'ny3bro' system is so ingrained in society. I will further suggest that an expat Special Prosecutor should not be an African, but a white person.
