  Absolutely, no amount of money sent to Ghana or Africa from Western world will solve Ghanaian problem, if there's a huge hole under bucket no amount of water can full the bucket, in other words Ghanaian system of governance is actually built on CORRUPTION, if someone confortably sites somewhere and keep throwing money into these economy, it's waist of time and money, it even makes Ghanaian economy worst, This country (Gold Coast ) has all what it takes rise and walk or shin yet Corruption is pulling or holding it down, those who pretend to have solution to these problem are actually the root cause of it
