What is more annoying than these people waking everybody at with those loud speakers that could be heard at some tens of miles away?

The likes of Woyome and many others are still walking the streets of our nation.

How many loud churches, pubs etc. have ever been prosecuted under our 'LAWS'? It never happens, dear! And it will not happen. The court prolonged court processes to prosecute, is itself breaking the laws of the land......

I HOPE YOU GET MY DRIFT! GHANA IS NOT WORKING!!!! BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION IS THE ORDER OF THE DAY!

Like OccupyGhana did recently to get the AG's office to prosecute corrupt officials, you can also do same by taking the appropriate authorities to court so that they are compelled to enforce the existing laws on noise making.
