  Manholes without covers are major safety hazards to the public -pedestrians and motorists. Landscaping along highways and streets are intended to beautify the city. When some diasporians point out these deficiencies they are refered to as "too knowns" and insulted. Please allow some of those who have been exposed to the outside world to make contributions. After all, they are not coming to steal the jobs of the locals, but rather create jobs and boost the economy.
