  It is both indiscipline and deficiency. It's all over in our society. Give instruction to your tailor on how to sew a shirt for you and he does something else. Tell your barber to cut your hair to a certain length and he gives you sakora. Give a job to a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc.; he'll do something contrary to instruction. If you complain, he rather gets angry at you. Nsempiisms: frustration galore in Ghana.
