  The introduction of chinese pair trawlers has decimated the artisanal fishing communities in Ghana.
  The pratice has been banned in other ecowas countries and one is surprised that ghana continues to encourage such economic and sociology-destructiveness on the Chinese pair trawlers.
  Government should have the will power to banned them or asked them to convert the vessels to single trawlers.This will help the fisheries to recover and for the long term sustainability of the industry.
