The Black Stars held their first training session at the Cape Coast Stadium on Tuesday afternoon ahead of Sunday's last African qualifier for the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia.
Twenty-one (21) players including captain Asamoah Gyan took part in the session at the match venue against runaway Group winners Egypt.
Gyan, who plays for Turkish side Kayserispor, was making a return to the squad after missing last month's matches against Uganda and Saudi Arabia.
Newcomers Nana Ampomah and Nasiru Mohammed also trained with the senior national for the first time.
Bologna midfielder Godfred Donsah was joining his international teammates for the first time despite receiving two call-ups under Avram Grant but was sidelined by injuries.
Kwesi Appiah and his backroom staff will continue to train on Wednesday for the redundant qualifier.
