Anfoega Catholic Hospital receives vital medical consumables to boost healthcare delivery

The Oklahoma Ghanaian Community Group of the USA (OKGCG), in partnership with JB McCarthy Community Care of Arizona, represented by Samuel and Matilda Boachie, donated 21 boxes of medical consumables to Anfoega Catholic Hospital on October 11, 2024.

The donation included items such as disposable aprons and syringes.

Upon receiving the items, the hospital's administrator, Rev. Vincent Hortsoe, expressed gratitude to the donors and assured them that the supplies would be used as intended.

Sister Petrina also conveyed her appreciation and stressed the importance of ongoing collaboration between the hospital and the donors to improve healthcare delivery for the Anfoega Traditional Area and beyond.

Emmanuel Tormeti, the nursing manager, noted that such donations alleviate their workload and inspire the staff to perform at their best.

Present to receive the consumables were Procurement Officer, Senyo Ahiaku and Supply/Store Manager Mr. Agbongoe.
