Pippa's Health Centre organizes Media Day

Accra, Sept. 28, GNA - An Accra-based fitness outfit, Pippa's Health Centre Limited on Tuesday organized a media day as part of efforts of intensifying education on the importance of undertaking body exercise for good health.

The event was also to showcase to the media the company's new ultra-modern fitness centre located at the San Siro Complex, East Legon. The Managing Director of Pippa's Health Centre, Ms Pippa Pepera said her outfit has put in place state-of-the-art professional, hygienic and hi-tech exercise facilities for individuals and organizations. The facility, which costs about 500,000 US Dollars, is to provide services for individuals and corporate institutions living and situated around East Legon.

Ms Pepera said her outfit organizes fitness courses such as Taeboo, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Spinning, Kickboxing, Step-classes, dancing and Taekwondo for individuals and interested persons. The Managing Director emphasized on the importance of exercises and urged the general public, both young and old to indulge in regular exercise to keep their bodies in good shape and health.

Ms Pepera said that the facility has attractive packages for students, individuals and organizations desirous of making use of their facilities. The event was attended by media personnel from both the print and electronic media. Pippa's Health Centre has other branches at the Ringway Estates, Cantonments and Tema.
