Relationship Expert Madam Lilian Brookman, has advised women in the country to practice personal hygiene in their homes to enhance their relationship with their families.

She believes being hygienic at all times helps children learn from the practice.

She encouraged women to inculcate the habit of wearing cotton fabrics, saying learning the scent of one’s body before entering into a relationship is key.

“If you are able to clean yourself, wherever you go, people will accept you and give attention to what you have to say. Everybody wants something new and nice”.

Personal hygiene is very important even as human beings to start with, before getting into any relationship whatsoever,” she urged.

Madam Lilian charged women to always try to keep their houses clean to avoid sickness.

Speaking on Ultimate breakfast show hosted by Lantam Papanko, she observed that most people tend to be careless about their environment, adding that some just litter without cleaning the mess left behind.

“Good hygiene also is a very good thing to keep in a home, it enhances our relationship as well, because if you are married and start bringing up children , it’s not good to keep your house unhygienic, sometimes people don’t really care about how they do things, the way they dress up, misplace things, keep their shoes and socks, they just mess up the whole thing, the children grow up to learn and as they learn, it also affects them in the future in their marriages”.

“So for me, it is quite important right from the get go as a human beings to be very hygienically clean in all standards because there is an adage that says that cleanliness is next to godliness,” she entreated.
