Fibre Infrastructure Company, Uton International Ghana has contributed the sum of five thousand Ghana Cedis to support medical bills of a 3-year-old boy, Macarious Senanu Nutsugah.

Marcarious has in the last year battled with kidney cancer, which has resulted in the removal of one of his kidneys.

His situation has since it begun robbed his family of any form of happiness as they have spent all they have trying to find the best solution to the ailment.

The contribution made by the company according to his father comes at the right time, as it would help cater for payments for his chemotherapy as well as drugs and other medical tests, which would be needed during the recovery period.

Mr. Mark Nutsugah said, “this five thousand Ghana cedis means so much to us because I’ve been struggling to get him to go through chemotherapy. Sometimes even tests that cost as low as 55ghc are difficult to pay for. I lost my job recently because I was spending a lot of time going up and down with the boy”.

Country Manager for Uton International, Mr. Issah Abdulai Afugu Ghana said the move was to solidify the company’s commitment to support people in its environment.

“The story of little Marcarious really touched us because we couldn’t imagine how a boy of his age was going through so much pain. This is why we decided to support him with the little contribution. As a company we value the wellbeing of everyone in the Ghanaian society and do our best to support in our little way” he said.

U-Ton International (Ghana) Company Limited is a Fibre Infrastructure Company that provides solutions for modern high speed Fiber optic broadband applications as well as traditional communications and network infrastructure.
