Mr Oyinka urged health administrators to institute strict internal control mechanisms to plug all revenue loop holes to ensure that the facilities benefit from any fee reviews. He urged his colleagues to look at areas where they could help their facilities to reduce cost and also privities some of the services of their facilities to raise funds to maintain the facility and also support the running of their facilities.

Mr Oyinka called on all health workers to support the National Health Insurance Scheme(NHIS) to succeed and urged the health administrators to encourage patients with problems to lodge complaints at the health facilities or the NHIS offices for immediate solution.
