Dr Ato Duncan to raise Ghana’s flag high as he readies to discover HIV cure

The Executive President of the Centre of Awareness Global Peace Mission, Prof. Samuel Ato Duncan is set to raise the flag of Ghana high as he working assiduously to discover the permanent cure for HIV/AIDS.

This renowned doctor in 2012, outdoored the COA drug, which is purely herbal based, and has the potential to destroy about 80 percent of the HIV/AIDS virus within two hours of its administration.

Ever since, his numerous discoveries, has earned him global recognition even though no institution in Ghana had expressed interest in acknowledging his efforts or tap into his ideas as at now.

However, Dr Duncan was invited as the special guest at an event dubbed, “The Unification Day”, held by the Alfred Nobel University for students from Asia, Europe, America and Africa.

In an interview with Dr Duncan, at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday night, upon his return from the Ukraine after an official visit, he hinted that , Alfred Nobel University and The Center of Awareness Global Peace Mission have reached an agreement to work together to promote Global Peace and Research into finding solutions to many chronic diseases .

According to Dr Duncan, with this strong partnership with Alfred Nobel University, he is optimistic that Ghana will soon find a cure for HIV/AIDS.

This he said, the collaboration would help Ghana to do further research into finding solutions to chronic diseases such as HIV/Aids, Hepatitis B, Kidney Failure and Cancer.

Adding that, the agreement would also help to improve Ghana’s education system. Explaining that, Ghanaian students would soon have access to scholarship to study in Ukraine.

This collaboration would also go a long way to strengthen the Free SHS policy since there will be economic relief on the government.

Dr Duncan said if a cure for HIV/AIDS was found in Ghana that could promote the country positively on the global scene.

This he said, the Alfred Nobel University was of the belief that it is more effective when the youth are targeted with education on the need for global peace.

Adding when young people understand peace now, they become more effective at ensuring a stable and safe world as leaders in future.

The good works of Dr. Samuel Ato Duncan, the President of the Awareness Global Peace Mission attracted the attention of higher learning institution – Alfred Nobel University (ANU) in Ukraine.

As a result of this, the University conferred on him (Dr. Samuel Ato Duncan) an Honorary Professorial Degree in an unveiling ceremony in Accra.

This renowned researcher was honoured for his immense contribution to quality research particularly in the health sector.

Center of Awareness Global Peace Mission, a non-governmental organization currently in the process of discovering a cure for HIV/AIDS indicated that about $200 million is needed to undertake a worldwide trial of the cure.

About The Unification Day:

The event planners consider this event as a space for intercultural communication, as a representative international forum in which politicians, civil activists, education experts and business representatives discuss openly and without prejudice the issues related to the aggravation of the political, economic and humanitarian situation across continents.

They experts also deliberate on a large-scale action plan for developing international educational and humanitarian projects.
