Agona Swedru, Jan 8, GNA - Gamba All Blacks beat Power FC one goal to nil in their 16th One Touch league match played at the Swedru Sport Stadium.

The only goal was scored by Bismarck Idan, top striker of Gamba All Blacks in the 83 minutes when he collected a pass from Richard Mpong, who came in for Paul Appiah in 58 minutes in the penalty box and planted the ball on the blind side of goal-keeper Alfred Mills in the post for Power FC.

Goal-keeper Mills made dramatic saves in the early minutes of the game to deny Gamba All Blacks an opener.

In the 29 minutes Francis Yankey was shown the yellow card for hard tackle on Alex Owusu of Power FC, while Mohammed Adams also received a yellow card when he faked a fall to gain a penalty for Power FC. Both teams made changes to beef up their attacking machinery, which did not benefit Power.

Fans of Gamba All Blacks went wild against decisions of Referee Emmanuel Modey from Hohoe in the first half of the game and Police personnel and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of All Blacks, had hectic time controlling the crowd before the match officials entered the dressing room.
