Dwarfs now find scoring boots

Cape Coast Sept.23, GNA-A third minute goal scored by inside left, Ekow Ghansah, enabled Ebusua Dwarfs to beat Samartex 1-0 in their Division One League match played at the Cape Coast sports stadium on Sunday. Dwarfs who were determined to revenge a 3-0 defeat they suffered at the hands of Samartex during the first round of the league, started strongly and translated their grim determination into a third minute goal which turned out to be the match winner.

Undaunted by this early lead, the forwards of Samartex spearheaded by Abeiku Bentil tormented Dwarfs' defence with short but accurate passes and piled pressure on Dwarfs, but their able defence foiled all Samartex's attempts to equalise.

SAMARTEX, was still in control of the match on resumption, but try as they did, they failed to find the net.
