Cape Coast, Sept. 3, GNA -- A 60th minute goal scored by Emmanuel Osei Kufuor enabled Obuasi AshGold to draw one-one against Real Tamale United (RTU) in their Onetouch Premier League match played at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium at Cape Coast on Sunday.
RTU scored the opening goal in the 43rd minute through Gilbert Ayikade and this forced the Miners to put in extra effort in second half in an effort to draw even.
AshGold kept the pressure in their opponent's vital area as they adopted short and accurate passes and eventually got the equalizer through Osei Kufuor who connected home a corner kick taken by Lamine Nasamu to bring the final score to one all.
