King Faisal pay the penalty against AshantiGold

AshantiGold managed a hard-fought 1-0 win against King Faisal at the Len Clay Stadium on Sunday in the Glo Premier League.

The win takes the Miners to third on the standings as they are four points behind the top.


Faisal paid dearly for conceding a second half penalty as Yakubu Mohammed scored from the spot, five minutes after the break.

And the goal was Yakubu's fourth this season.
