Okwawu piled up pressure on their opponents after Accra based Class 1 Referee, Richard Kwabo signalled the two sides into action but wasted three clear scoring chances that came their way in the sixth, 12th and 19th minutes when inside left Wisdom abbey and Obed Owusu shot off-target.

Real Sportive changed their pattern of play on resumption of the second half and went ahead to score the equaliser in the 53rd minute through Jewel Adjei when his direct shot from the 18 yard box beat Okwawu's keeper Emmanuel Doe.
