If you have incurred genuine expenses, then retain the receipt and use it to support your claim. This is STANDARD practice in businesses all across the globe, and is used to ensure that only genuine business expenses (or in this case, sports expenses) are reimbursed. How do you know he did not go and fuck ashawo and is trying to claim the money back?
