Late but not brand-new.
It's been there for about 30 years.

Just that Anglophone media like Ghana's did not care.

But for the restive Ivorian military, we would not even have heard of this one.

Do you hear anything from Ghana media when we don't participate in U-17s and U-20s - and for the senior women - at the continental or global level? Same thing: they don't care.
