Wuruyie-Ashanti, June 17, GNA - Ashanti Regional branch of Nana Akufo-Addo's Campaign Team on Sunday began a massive campaign tour of New Edubiase Constituency which is considered a stronghold of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). The NPP has decided to wrestle the seat together with that of Ejura-Sekyedumase and Asawasi which are currently being occupied by the NDC to consolidate its hold on Ashanti Region. The team, which included Mr F.F. "A massive change of attitude is swinging the votes in NPP's favour countrywide in areas the party has been losing elections because of the successes of the NPP Government," he stressed and called on the people in the constituency to join the bandwagon. Mr Ayisi-Boateng appealed to the people to vote massively for the NPP to ensure the continuation of the good works the party had started. Mr De-graft Kyei Baffour, NPP Parliamentary Candidate for New Edubiase Constituency said the constituent had voted for the NDC for the past 16 years but had not received any development in their communities.
