Vice President of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia
General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) , John Boadu has hinted that the party’s manifesto for the 2020 campaigns is almost done by the team tasked to produce it.
According to him, the NPP would have been done with all its plans for the 2020 elections if the country was not battling with the deadly Coronavirus at this particular time.
“The Political Party’s manifesto which is written by a Committee headed by the Vice President is almost done. But for Coronavirus that has come to affect a number of things in the country, we would have launched that campaign team and others on May 2,” he said in an interview with Peace FM in Accra.
He added that the said Committee is headed by the Vice President of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
