Former Deputy General Secretary for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho believes Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s ratings have been boosted by his response to John Dramani Mahama.

It will be recalled that while addressing a charged crowd of party sympathisers in Accra, John Dramani Mahama described religious leaders in Ghana as hypocrites.

He could not fathom why they would be praise singing when the Vice President who is the flagbearer of the NPP visited their offices.

Reacting to the former president’s rants, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia indicated that John Dramani Mahama is ranting because of his imminent defeat in the 2024 election.

He noted that the former president lacked ideas hence his decision to rant.

In a tweet on X, Koku Anyidoho indicated that the NPP’s flagbearer has had his ratings boosted.

“This clip has really boosted Bawumia’s ratings in certain circles (some of the floating voters sampled) because it has shown a very tough and decisive aspect of solid leadership traits that have not been evident of him. 💪💪💪Let JM continue insulting,” he said.
