The Electoral Commission of Ghana has given final certification to Hassan Ayariga’s All People’s Congress (APC).
The APC, by today's approval, has become the 25th political party in Ghana.
The party will contest the 2016 elections with the 2012 presidential candidate of the People’s National Convention as its flagbearer.
Ayariga established the APC after losing the PNC's flagbearership contest to Dr Edward Mahama. He announced his exit from the PNC after losing the contest.
The APC received its provisional certificate from the EC in February this year.
