Government says it will not countenance any form of corruption by any public official.

In line with this, it is urging the general public, and the media to provide the Security Services or Committees set up to deal with such issues with reliable information.

Briefing the Media at Flagstaff house in Accra, a Deputy Minister of Information and Media Relations Murtala Mohammed, said the government is committed to providing jobs for the teeming youth, but that will be done devoid of fictitious deals.

Reacting to news reports about purported mismanagement of some modules under the Ghana Youth and Entrepreneurial Development Agency GYEEDA, Mr. Mohammed stated that the government has already instituted investigations into the alleged mismanagement

The Deputy Minister of Information and Media Relations Murtala Mohammed, also spoke on the arrest of some persons involved in the smuggling of subsidized fertilizers meant for farmers in the Northern region.
