Member of Parliament for Adentan Emmanuel Ashie-Moore has appealed to delegates of the NDC to retain him in the upcoming primaries since he is tried and tested.
According to him, his achievements and capabilities far outweigh those seeking to unseat him in the November 7 primaries of the ruling party.
“I have to humbly say that comparatively, I have the required experience and skills to continue the development agenda of Adentan than my current opponents. I have been there before and the people know what I am capable of doing because they have seen it.
“I have proven to the people of Adentan that I am the best man for the job. Within the short period that I have been in charge, there have been remarkable improvement in the road network and frankly, things have gotten much better in Adentan.
“Water is now flowing through the taps and a lot more other infrastructural projects are still on course. In education, over 200 students have been supported and we will do more to help the people,” Ashie-Moore told StarrFMonline.com in an interview.
He advised members of the NDC against the frequent change of parliamentary candidates since it has the tendency to stall and undermine development in the constituency.
Ashie-Moore faces stiff competition from former MCE Kakra Vanlare and two other candidates.
