Deputy National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kwaku Boahen has jabbed President Akufo-Addo to desist from investigating the Airbus bribery because his party is not fit for that purpose.
He noted that Nana Addo has failed to fight corruption within his own corridors by not having the political will to fight the canker.
In an interview with Kwaku Dawuro on “Pae Mu Ka” on Accra based Kingdom FM 107.7, Kwaku Boahen emphasized that Nana Addo should rather investigate the missing excavators and not the Airbus scandal.
According to him, every proper cleaning starts from one’s closet and not outside corridors.
“The President promised to fight corruption when voted into power but the same cannot be said after he was given the opportunity. Nana Addo has failed in the fight of corruption,’ he told Kwaku Dawuro.
Kwaku Boahen noted that Ghanaians have regretted voting for the NPP but more people are going to be disappointed at the failure of the President to deal with cases of corruption within his government.
