The British Prime Minister (PM), David Cameron, has invited the main opposition New
Patriotic Party (NPP) torchbearer for 2012 general elections, Nana Addo Dankwa
Akufo-Addo, to the United Kingdom.
The intention behind the PM’s sudden invitation to the Akufo-Addo has been shredded
in secrecy, although some NPP officials including the NPP General Secretary, Kwodwo
Owusu-Afriyie, a.k.a Sir John claimed that the discussions between the two men would
centre on their common party ideologies of the two political parties.
Mr. Cameron is a member of the ruling Conservative Party in the UK, which shares the
same ideology and aspiration with the NPP back home here.
It is interesting to note that both men, Cameron and Akufo-Addo, have been accused
of promoting and encouraging criminal activities in some African countries such as
Ghana.
While Cameron has been fingered out as one of the strongest promoter of disgraceful
lesbian and gay practices in Africa, Akufo-Addo has been pointed out as one of the
main brains behind the widespread of narcotic drugs trade and consumption in Ghana
and beyond.
We are indeed in interesting times, you know!
The British PM, in a recent interview with the UK-based media, BBC, declared that
the British government would entirely cut off aids to the countries in Africa;
particularly Ghana should they refuse to allow the evil practice, homosexuality, in
their respective countries.
The message was so clear to everyone that it attracted huge and spontaneous
condemnations from people across the continent of Africa, especially in Ghana that
although the officials at the UK embassy here in Ghana tried hard to repair the
damage it could not fly.
Briefly, the NPP flag bearer, who is unable to react to the unfortunate comment by
the UK Conservative Party member, is also battling with battered and reeking image
in Ghana.
Akufo-Addo has been accused by many in Ghana as a veteran narcotic drug addict.
Besides, media reports in and outside the country have said he was arrested by the
US officials in possession of illicit drugs.
Again, it is a public knowledge that some members of NPP, especially the top shots
of party are aggrieved and pensive about the manner the belligerent NPP flag bearer
has appointed drug convicted prison graduates and money launderers to key positions
of his campaign team.
Ghanaians must be worried about the recent invite extended to Akufo-Addo by David
Cameron. This is because the invitation came just after President John Atta Mills’
swift and sharp response to Cameron’s obnoxious threat against the souls of
Ghanaians.
One wanders what kind of talks these two nonentities would hold that will inure to
the benefits of ordinary Ghanaians.
If Akufo-Addo sees no evil in cocaine sniffing, which leads to homosexuality and
bloody violence in human society in Ghana, and Cameron sees nothing demonic in the
practice of lesbianism and gayism, which is also a product of drug-induced acts,
what good will emerge from their discussions?
Obviously, we should expect nothing but chaos and destructions of innocent lives and
properties in Ghana.
Clearly, David Cameron is uncomfortable and has found himself in a bundle of nerves
about the bold manner in which President Mills has dealt decisively with his
(Cameron) baloney.
Undoubtedly, the UK PM wants a comforter and he finds Akufo-Addo as a suitable
candidate in Ghana, probably because birds of the same feathers flop together.
In fact, even though, our economic condition is not the best yet, Ghana’s rich
culture, where respect for human dignity is held high, is ten thousand folds better
than Britain.
It is undisputed that we don’t practice animalistic behaviour in our dear country,
Ghana.
Just like Akufo-Addo, David Cameron has nothing good to offer Ghanaians other than
to turn it into a country without any culture where criminal and abhorrent
activities such as lesbianism and gayism, narcotic drug trading, money laundering,
prostitution, armed robbery just to mention a few dominate the society.
Indeed, the defensive posture put up vehemently by the UK Embassy officials here in
Ghana is ample evidence that Cameron is a big disgrace to the British and the entire
continent of Europe.
We appeal to President Mills to oil his security set up in that “if a blind man says
he will stone you it is because his leg is on it”.
The politics of fear and rumour- mongering have gained much currency in the country
in that Akufo-Addo and his apparatchiki may have a tacit backing of the likes of
Cameron, who don’t care a hoot when the NPP turn the country into ashes.

Health Alert
Unregistered And Substandard Oxytocin Injection At Daamas Company Limited
The Food and Drugs Board wishes to alert the general public especially Hospitals,
Clinics, Maternity Homes and Pharmacies of the presence of an unregistered and
substandard Oxytocin Injection on the Ghanaian market.
Oxytocin is used to induce labour and prevent or control excessive bleeding in women
after delivery.The said Oxytocin Injection, which was manufactured in China by
Sinochem Ningbo Limited and imported into the country by Daamas Company Limited, has
the following particulars; Batch Number:101011, Manufacturing Date:10/2010 and
Expiry Date:10/2013
Furthermore, laboratory analysis confirmed that the product did not meet the quality
requirements with regards to the active ingredients. During preliminary
investigations by the FDB, Daamas Company Limited claimed the substandard Oxytocin
Injection was supplied by a Nigerian.
However, the company is unable to disclose the identity of the so-called Nigerian.
Meanwhile, an official from Daamas Company Limited has been arrested by the Police
and is helping in investigations.
Hospital, Clinics, Maternity Homes and Pharmacies are therefore advised to desist
from buying and stocking this unregistered and substandard Oxytocin Injection.
The Food and Drug Board takes this opportunity to assure the general public that it
would continue to do all within its powers to execute its mandate to protect public
health and safety at all times.

practice with the potential of endangering public health and safety with respect to
