The NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Ablekuma Central, Jefferson Kwamena Sackey, is unhappy about the destruction of his billboard by persons suspected to be linked to the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC).
The billboards are sited on the Kaneshie-Flamingo road.
Speaking to journalists after visiting the site of the destroyed billboards, Jefferson Sackey said this is unacceptable.
"How can we do politics like this? You think destroying opponents' Billboards will make you win an election? No way, we can't take this".
He further urged constituents in Ablekuma Central, especially NPP supporters, to ignore such provocation and focus on their campaign to win the seat on December 7th.
"We remain focused in this moment; nothing is going to shake us; we will win this seat to the Glory of God".
Jefferson Sackey wants the Police to investigate the matter and bring the culprits to book
"We will officially inform the Police about this and cause some investigations into it; we can't let this slide, no, we can't," he stated.
