Nana Otuo Serebuo II, the Juabenhene and Council of State Chairman, has openly lauded the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government for developing his area.

He said his community has witnessed massive infrastructural transformation since President Akufo-Addo-Bawumia's government took office eight years ago.

Nana Otuo Serebuo II, who welcomed the NPP vice presidential candidate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, aka 'NAPO', to his palace, listed some NPP projects.

According to him, virtually all the major roads linking Juaben have now been constructed, making the transportation of goods and people easier.

"All the roads in Juaben township have also been asphalted to beautify the town; there is an ongoing STEM project, and dormitories and classroom blocks have been built."

"Also, Astroturf has been constructed to promote sporting activities; a police station has been built, and six boreholes are being dug in Juaben to provide water for the people," he said.

Still on the NPP projects in Juaben, Nana Otuo Serebuo II said street lights have been provided across the Juaben township and beyond to illumine the town in the evening.

The Juabenhene praised NAPO for the vital role that he played in providing the streetlights, indicating that the streetlights could help reduce crime during the dark hours.

He admitted that the NPP government has been good to the people of Juaben during its 8 years in power, saying that they will definitely return the favour.

Napo said he was in Juaben to officially seek the blessings and wise counsel of the Juabenhene on behalf of his boss, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, the NPP presidential candidate.
