Our attention was drawn to a publication by the finder news paper on 17th February 2015 of an alleged factionalism between Hon. Haruna Iddrisu , member of parliament for Tamale South and Hon. Inusah

Fuseini, member of parliament for Tamale Central. The publication indicated Supporters, District chief

executives,mp's and party executives are divided along the lines of Hon. Haruna Iddrisu and Hon.Inusah

Fuseini, who are employing various ways to project their candidates as the one in charge of the National

Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Northern Region, thus creating deep-seated factionalism that threatens

the prospects of the NDC in Election 2016.

We in ndc justice bench believe as it's stands now in the northernregion, that the party is bigger than any

individual and we are surprised about the publication because both mp's are all sitting mp's,ministers of

states and we're yet to come to terms with what the issue might have been. Whatever it's, ndc justice bench

will like to appeal to the bigwigs of the party from the region, founding members of the party in the region, former party executives, well meaning party loyalists and leadership of the party in the northern region and national to be up and doing to solve these problems amicably before things get out of hand. To the names involved, they

should do away with it because the interest of the ndc party in northern region and Ghana as a whole should be supreme. Whatever differences they might have, they should bury them in the supreme interest of the party and good people of Tamale because, people who are not even into politics are proud of them for their wonderful achievements and status as far as the politics of thiscountry is concerned. Long live ndc, long live
