A leading member of the ruling National Democratic Congress NDC, Mr. Michael Ologo has told the youth to position themselves strategically in this job creation moment by the NDC government.

The NDC 2016 Parliamentary Hopeful for Yilo Krobo made the declaration to a section of the youth over the weekend at the Akuse junction near Akosombo in the eastern region. Hon. Ologo, reminded the youth that 2014 is an action year, and the NDC is on its way to creating employment opportunities for the people.

But the onus is on the youth to position themselves to arrest the opportunity. In a response to a question by one of the youth about the economic hardship, the humble Hon. Ologo posited that, “The youth should see the trend as a call on all of us as citizens of Ghana to reaffirm our core values and commitments, and hold them up against hard realities to see how we are measuring up to the promises of our fore fathers.

“God bless our homeland Ghana and make it great and strong, but once you decide to fight against the strength of the nation by way of disputing a presidential election results in court it weakens the strength of the nation and the economy suffers”.

Hon. Ologo reassured the youth that “those who are wondering if the NDC’S beacon still shines as bright, we are going to prove to them that The NDC party is a party that believes in putting the destiny of the people into their own hands and give them reason to believe that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them”.
