Ho, Sept. 13, GNA- The main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), is training its District, Constituency and other frontline staff in the Volta Region, to facilitate the party's efforts to win Election 2004. Mr Francis Ganyaglo, The Regional Secretary of the NDC, who made this known to the Ghana News Agency in an interview in Ho on Monday, said although the Region was the stronghold of the NDC, the Party was leaving no stone unturned.
