NPP and NDC have played games with our mind, let's reject them - Kofi Koranteng

An independent presidential candidate, Kofi Koranteng, has appealed to the public to end the duopoly of the New Patriotic Party, (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress, (NDC) by rejecting them in the pending elections.

In an interview on GH One TV on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, he expressed his frustrations with the NPP and the NDC stating that they have manipulated Ghanaians for the last 32 years.

"We have come to the point where we are all an endangered species. The government of NDC and NPP have played games with our minds for the last 32 years. We have come to a point where we have an option, just with the thumb alone we can change our destinies for the next generation who are on their way coming.

"Let's us do something special. Let us do something different on December 7, 2024. Let's reject them. We deserve better. The levels of degradation have affected every fibre of society, whether you like it or not, you are going to be taken down by the tsunami of galamsey," he explained.

He further indicated that the NDC and the NPP will not bring the positive change Ghanaians deserve.

"The NPP and NDC have caused us pain and they would continue to play games with your minds to make you think they are going to do something better if they came. They are not going to do anything better," he added.
