Spokesperson for New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Mustapha Hamid, has said the party’s defeat in 2008 was a punishment from God.
He therefore prayed to God to come to the aid of Ghanaians by ensuring a change in government on December 7.
Speaking to Atinka News shortly after the party’s press conference Monday to respond to the launch of the NDC's manifesto, Mustapha Hamid said Ghanaians have suffered enough under the current NDC government and pleaded with God to forgive the NPP and Ghanaians by returning the Danquah/Busia/Dombo Tradition to power on December 7 .
He subsequently prayed to God to intercede for the NPP on whatever wrong they (NPP) may have committed in 2008.
