Nii Noi Nortey
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the Klottey Korle constituency Nii Noi Nortey has appealed to supporters of the party to unite to bring victory to the NPP in the 2016 election.
In a statement to the elephant family, Nii Noi said: “We have gone for elections and all is over, I urge all well-meaning party faithful to join hands with all of us to work hard and bring hope and victory to the NPP and to mother Ghana. I know no election anymore than one which will be held on 7th December 2016, to elect Nana Addo and myself into the high Office and Parliament respectively.”
Below is the full statement:
“Quietly I have been observing all that's happening on all platforms and social media on happenings in our party in our beloved constituency, I am deeply amazed by the number of good people we have here.
“I have heard a lot about loyalty and patriotism to our party but I can boldly say you all here are legends of our time. You have shown me beyond reasonable doubts that indeed you are the greatest family.
“Right from my election as chairman, to bringing back the spirit of the party in the constituency, to making this constituency attractive to all others, you all have been the best soldiers I have ever known. We collectively raised the flag of the NPP to the highest in Klottey Korle. Only God can tell how grateful I am to each and everyone of you.
“Ones who fought with me and stayed loyal, ones who took the bullet for me, ones who got stigmatized because of me, I say the good God who rewards each and everyone of us reward you abundantly. Also to our brothers and sisters who caused us all the pain and agony we went through I say God touch your hearts to see us all as one people.
“My dedication and zeal to see the NPP come back to power and Nana Addo become President is because I believe Nana will transform this country and save it from going down. As a normal human being I know when this transformation and resurrection of our great country Ghana happens, my generations to come will be saved as well. My decision on all that's happening in Klottey Korle NPP is simple.
