No Volta Region, no NDC – Emmanuel Bedzrah

The Chairman of the 36th Anniversary Celebration of the 31st December uprising, Emmanuel Bedzrah has revealed that the NDC risks collapse if it tries to do without the Volta region hence the selection of the region for the 36th Anniversary Celebration of the 31st December revolution.

According to the Ho East legislator, all is set for the anniversary to be hosted by the world bank of the NDC where the founder of the party, Jerry John Rawlings is expected to make strong statements about the party that appears to be at the crossroads.

“We are expecting over two thousand supporters including the former President, John Dramani Mahama for the 36th Anniversary of the 31st December Revolution”, He said.

Mr. Bezdrah added that there are indications that, members and sympathizers from all the ten regions are poised to celebrate the day with the founder of the NDC party.

“We have our banners, t-shirts and other paraphernalia are in town to suggest we are ready for the event”, the Ho East Member of Parliament (MP) disclosed in an interview.
