No government has ever done what NPP government has achieved in health, education sectors - Gabby

A prominent figure of the New Patriotic Party, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, has praised the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia-led government for its remarkable achievements in the health and education sectors during their administration.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, December 5, 2024, Otchere-Darko asserted that no government in the country’s history has transformed the education and health sectors like the ruling NPP government has.

According to the politician, access to these two sectors, which he described as basic necessities, has now become an easy and smooth process, stressing that “it can only get better under Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.”

Otchere-Darko further referenced how numerous infrastructural projects including STEM facilities and hospitals have been commissioned recently.

“Health and education are the basic needs that society relies on government to lead in providing. Just a few weeks ago, 80 school buildings, including STEM facilities, were commissioned in one day, on top of the many others done over the 8 years. Akufo-Addo worked on constructing over 200 hospitals, including Agenda 111" he said.

He added, “So far, 58 have been completed and offering services. When it comes to access to health and education, never in the history of our nation had one government accomplished so much within 8 years like this NPP government has done. Akufo-Addo continued from the impressive work started by J A Kufuor. It can only get better under Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.”
