The running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang, will begin the second phase of her campaign tour of the Western Region on Tuesday.
The three-day tour will take Prof. Opoku-Agyemang to Ellembelle, Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, and Amenfi Central.
Amenfi East, Prestea Huni Valley, and Wassa East constituencies are the other places she will visit during the tour.
The NDC running mate previously toured parts of the Western Region.
The opposition political party is hopeful of winning the 2024 election and leading Ghana out of the mess that has been created by the governing New Patriotic Party.
Phase one of the tour in the Western Region began on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
During the tour, she visited some marketplaces of the region and interacted with the various chiefs, as well as important stakeholders.
